CREDIT CARD DATA
To ensure a smooth reservation process through various channels, including phone calls, our website, and our mobile app (but not limited to these), we might ask for your complete 16-digit debit or credit card number, the name on the card, the type of card (VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro are accepted), the three-digit security code, and the card’s expiry date. Your card details are used solely to secure your booking. Urban Panda Hostels will charge your account only if our cancellation policy is not adhered to. Bookings can be cancelled without charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or failure to show up will result in a charge equal to one night stay.
Exceptions to this 24-hour cancellation policy will be communicated by our team when applicable. Urban Panda is not responsible for data usage or reservations made through third-party websites or agents. For these, please refer to their respective privacy policies and terms.
