Welcome to Urban Panda Hostels! We are thrilled to have you as a guest at our hostels. We make sure that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. So, to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, we have established the following guest policy.
Alcohol and
Smoking Policy
- Alcohol use is restricted to our locations and governed by local laws and ordinances.
- It is definitely forbidden to utilise illegal narcotics on the property.
- Smoking is permitted within the hostel but not in the room. There exist designated spaces for smoking in our hostels.
We highly prioritise the security and safety of both our employees and visitors. Our Policy addresses the carrying of firearms and other weapons on hostel property and is intended to safeguard our visitors, suppliers, employees, and owners. The purpose of this policy is to establish a secure atmosphere by offering suitable guidelines on the ban on weapons and firearms on our property. Visitors who are legally allowed to carry a gun or other weapon, but for the protection of our other visitors and employees, are not permitted in the hostels.
Damage to the rooms, fittings, furniture, and equipment, including the taking away of towels, artwork, electronic devices, and other items, will be charged at a rate equal to 100% of the brand-new replacement value plus any applicable shipping and handling costs. For each individual room, the registered guest bears responsibility for any accidental or intentional damage to the hostel’s property. The registered guest’s credit card will be billed for any necessary replacements or repairs. Criminal charges will be pursued in exceptional circumstances.
Payment At Check-in
At check-in, payment for the full period of your scheduled stay is required. It is your responsibility to understand how your bank handles all of your transactions, even the ones that entail transfer fees.
Baggage At The Reception Desk
After your check-out, if you have any plans for an outing, you can keep your baggage at the reception desk without any additional charges. We assure you that they are safe with us.
Early Departure
When guests check out of the hostel before their designated departure date, there will be no refund issued.
Visitor Login
We require proper contact information from the guest making the reservations, including their full name, address, phone number, and signature. All guests visiting our hostels must have their names registered. For security reasons, the description of your vehicle and information regarding your plate number is also collected upon check-in.
Check-out Time
The room is available for rent till 11:00 a.m. Please note that additional charges may apply if there is a late check-out.
The Procedure For Checking Out
The check-out time is 11 a.m. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the front desk at least one day before your departure if you require a later check-out time. If your request can be fulfilled, we will do our utmost, subject to availability.
Privacy For
Women
At Urban Panda Hostels, the privacy and comfort of our visitors are of utmost importance. For women who wish to stay in a separate room, we respect their decision and put our best effort into fulfilling their requests.
