Responsibilities
- Ready to greet guests with a smile, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments, payment processing, and key distribution.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about hostel facilities, amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Be a proactive problem-solver by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively, anticipating needs and going the extra mile.
- Listen attentively to guest concerns, take ownership of issues, and work towards resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Personalise service for VIPs or guests with special needs, exceeding expectations and creating memorable experiences.
- Be a team player who is always ready to collaborate seamlessly with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, etc.) to deliver a unified guest experience.
- Accurately record guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports in designated systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging posts, videos, and stories aligning with brand voice and audience preferences and leverage trends data to craft content that sparks conversation and boosts engagement.
- ️Plan and schedule content across platforms for maximum reach and impact.
- Nurture online communities by responding promptly to comments and messages, fostering positive brand relationships.
- Run contests and giveaways to ignite audience excitement and loyalty.
- Actively listen and collect feedback to inform content strategy and improve brand perception.
- Drive audience growth and engagement by analysing platform metrics to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Implement targeted ad campaigns to reach new audiences and convert prospects. Also, foster collaborations with influencers and partners to expand reach and brand awareness.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Track evolving social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Explore and test new platform features and content formats to maximise impact. Stay informed about industry best practices and competitor strategies.
- Regularly analyse campaign performance and report key metrics to stakeholders. Continuously refine content and strategies based on data insights and audience feedback. Set measurable goals and track progress towards achieving brand objectives through social media.

- Ready to maintain guest records and housekeeping.
- Easy handling of guests’ queries, including check-in, check-out, day-to-day activities, and many more.
- Be actively involved in staff interaction, management, and guiding external vendors.
- Check maintenance and quality control
- Accurately manage back-office systems and processes.
- Experts in handling finance and accounting systems
- Being active about what’s happening inside the premises
- Ensuring our guests have a comfortable visit at our hostels
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests. Be the first point of contact, offer warm smiles, and make guests feel comfortable.
- Efficiently handle reservations, register guests, collect information, assign rooms, and process payments.
- Provide guidance and information about the facility, amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Efficiently resolve guest complaints and address concerns promptly and professionally, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining office supplies by monitoring inventory, reordering supplies, and ensuring the front desk area is neat and presentable.
- Must have knowledge of data entry and recordkeeping. Actively maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and other relevant data.
- Know how to proficiently use computers, printers, scanners, and other office technology.
- Stay updated on company policies, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Maintaining positive and professional conduct. Be courteous, helpful, and patient in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
